1. Who we are
Vibe Coding 101 ("the service", "we", "us") is operated by KNK consulting("the seller"). By accessing or using the service you ("the user") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
We provide an online self-paced course on building software with AI tools, including video lessons, written content, AI-graded practice, and interactive exercises. Access is granted on a lifetime basis for the purchased product.
3. Acceptance & account
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. You must provide accurate information when purchasing or logging in and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully or for fraudulent or abusive purposes;
- infringe our or any third party's intellectual property;
- interfere with security, probe, scan, scrape, or distribute malware;
- resell, redistribute, or share course content or access credentials.
5. Intellectual property
All course content, software, branding, and materials are owned by KNK consulting or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content for your personal learning within your purchased plan.
6. Payment, billing & refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our specific refund window.
7. Service availability & warranties
We work hard to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KNK consulting is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
