- Reply to support requests (contract / legitimate interests).
- Send transactional emails about your purchase or account.
4. Who we share data with
- Paddle — Merchant of Record, handles payments, tax, invoicing, refunds, and subscription management.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers — to run the service (database, file storage, edge hosting).
- AI providers — to grade practice and power AI features; submissions may be processed by these providers under their terms.
- Analytics & email providers — to understand usage and send transactional email.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Data retention
We keep account and course-progress data while your account is active. Order records are retained as required by tax law (typically up to 10 years). When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Subject to local law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw any consent you've given. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact KNK consulting.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure) to protect your data.
9. Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in and remember course progress. We may use limited analytics cookies to measure usage.
